30 Second Stats: Goal Creating Actions Per 90

Hi all

Been a bit behind in the writing the last few weeks - work, life, writing on other platforms, and completing my soccer coaching badges is taking a lot of time.

And football manager 2022 - oh my lord, the time I’m spending playing FM.

Anyway, here’s a really quick data summary - we’re looking at Goal Creating Actions (GCA).

A Goal Creating Action is basically one of the two offensive actions directly leading to a goal, such as passes, dribbles and drawing fouls. Note: A single player can receive credit for multiple actions and the shot-taker can also receive credit.

So, these numbers are by no means a “best creator in Europe” thing. But it’s good to look at.
